Overall I think this is great for the tech challenged, however I really would have liked a REAL manual to be included. I had to ask my friend to find it on-line. Since there isn't a manual provided I'm not really sure all that the device can do...but for getting places it's pretty straight forward. For the price I'm satisfied with what I got.

What a great upgrade from my old Garmin 330, this thing is awesome, handsfree phone use with the bluetooth, and the directions to new places is priceless

Not pleased with this GPS at all. I had the Garmin Nuvi 205 before and it worked quite well.
Upgraded to The Garmin Nüvi 265W/265WT which speaks the street names. It is very slow responding with directions, does not know which direction you traveling many times, does not know which lane you are in sometimes so tells you to turn the wrong way. I DO NOT recommend
this unit at all. I will call Garmin about but plan on returning this and going back to the Nuvi 205.

This product has its ups and downs. I have had problems with it, but not to the point where I regret the purchase. Its positives, large clear screen, good map coverage, seemingly good routing. Its negatives, Traffic updates non-existant, maybe I don't have it set up right, but there is no explanation of how it is supposed to be set up, a traffic icon just pops up sometimes. Voice on unit sometimes becomes garbled, like its coming out of a broken speaker, have to re-boot the unit to get it back to normal. Bluetooth to phone sometimes doesn't register, and if it does, will sometimes take the call, but mute everyone out. However, when it does choose to work, it is handy.
All in all, not a bad value, but there has to be better out there.

arrived on time and as ordered. The one time Updatiing of the software and maps did not go smoothly, and it took three tries before I was able to update the GPS. Otherwise it seems to work fine and be a reasonable value. I found it difficult when shopping to get the information regarding the different properties of each of the offered GPS and am still not sure that I ended up with the best for my needs, but it seems, so far, to fit the bill..
